Every product we sell has at least a 2-year warranty. You deal with us, not an overseas brand.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Some brands, such as Leatherman, offer longer cover. This is shown on the product page.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, misuse or accidental damage
- Batteries after 12 months
- Blade sharpening or chips caused by prying
How to claim
Email your order number and a short video of the fault. Most claims are resolved within 7 working days.
