Changed your mind? Return unused gear within 30 days for a full refund.
How to return
- Email us your order number. We'll send you a free return label or a Pargo drop-off code.
- Pack the item, unused, in its original packaging.
- We'll refund you within 5 working days of receiving it.
Faulty items
Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Protection Act: you can choose a repair, a replacement or a refund within 6 months. After that, our 2-year warranty applies.
Cooling-off period
In line with the ECTA, you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery.
